For those of you that didn't hear the story, Roker admitted earlier in the week in an interview with Dateline that while in the White House back in 2002, he "let out a little extra" and shit his pants.

He said the shart came as a result of his gastric bypass surgery. He also said he ran to bathroom and got rid of his drawers and went commando the rest of the night.

You lose a ton of weight at first but eventually you can re grow your stomach from over eating.

I think what I read is that he was told not to eat certain foods but he did anyway then shat himself.
